GHANAIAN STYLE GARDEN EGG STEW (Nyaa-dua)

INGREDIENTS;
•10 whole garden eggs
•5 medium tomatoes
•2 large onions
•3 yellow pepper/10 kpakposhito
•whole salmon
• coconut/sunflower oil.
•salted beef (toolo beef)
•1teaspoon minced ginger
•1/2teaspoon minced garlic
•1 teaspoon of akitchenfaraway spice mix
•salted fish(Koobi)
•seasoning cube
•2 tablespoons tomato purée
•salt to taste.


PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS 

  1. Cut salted fish(Koobi)into 2,wash and soak in water.
  2. Cut stalk of garden eggs,boil until soft,strain water and st aside,pour cold water on garden eggs.
